Website descriptions, images and indicative information do not constitute a binding offer. Project scope, price, materials, exclusions, payment stages and delivery assumptions are confirmed in a written quotation or contract. If these website terms conflict with a signed project agreement, the signed agreement prevails.

Clients are responsible for providing accurate project information, confirming property authority, giving reasonable site access and making selections or approvals within agreed timeframes. Approvals, building permissions and third-party consents will be allocated in the project agreement.

Changes requested after approval, unforeseen site conditions and authority requirements may affect price and programme. Material variations will be documented and require approval before the related work proceeds, except where urgent action is reasonably necessary to protect the property or safety.

Invoices and payment stages are governed by the applicable quotation or contract. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, work may be paused when an amount is overdue. Taxes, authority charges and third-party fees are treated as stated in the project documentation.

We aim to meet agreed programmes, but dates may change because of client decisions, access restrictions, authority approvals, product availability, hidden conditions or events outside reasonable control. Natural materials and manufactured batches may show normal variations in colour, grain, texture and finish.

Any workmanship warranty is set out in the project agreement. To the extent permitted by law, Space Renovations is not responsible for indirect loss, pre-existing defects, normal wear, misuse, unauthorised alterations or failures in client-supplied products. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

The website design, text, brand elements and project presentation are owned by or licensed to Space Renovations. They may not be reproduced, modified or used commercially without written permission. Project images may be subject to additional owner, designer or photographer rights.
